How to Make Your Practice More Efficient
As a synchronized ice skater, the majority of my practice sessions have at least one teammate or friend on them, and sometimes I can be overwhelmed with the desire of wanting to talk with them instead of practicing. Here are some things that have helped me make my practice sessions more efficient and might help you as well!
